They did it perfectly, with all its spring protectors to prevent metal from hitting metal. Very good cushioning. It ended up about two centimeters higher, but with use, it will settle. Overall, a very good product.

Struts are good but I did not like that important parts were missing. It has a piece on the end that needs a nut and bolt and was not provided and it should be. So make sure to check your parts and bolts before starting. We could not reuse our old ones as they were set up with an attached nut and these ones are not.

I installed these on my 2003 Accord with relative ease. If there was one thing that you have to watch for once they're mounted on top the "welded tab" is a little off straight back. With some twisting force I was able to mount the bottom bolt. Descent for the price.

This avoided a sizeable charge for labor at the garage. The bolts at the top are a little longer, but they do fit under the plastic trim at the top of the seats, so no worries when you first look at them. If you get stuck installing these on you own, keep a 'squeeze clamp' handy to hold it in place when you get in to start the nut at the top. And..... be careful of the paint around the wheel well. Several online videos showed people whacking it during installation.

Be aware you will need a nut for your bottom strut bolt.

The struts are cheaply made, any dip it bottoms out have no absorbance, and yes I would have to change them out it will damage your car
