Wiper motor they sent is for Asian market cars. Its motor turns opposite direction and not meant to be for North American cars. But the shipping is fast, arrived in four days. So I gives three stars

Another reviewer had the same problem as me. Unfortunately I didn’t see his review until I discovered the problem for myself. The linkage arm on the motor is longer than the original (see picture). This results in a longer sweep of the wipers making them go past the edge of the windshield. It’s not possible to use the original linkage arm as the diameter of the mounting hole is also different. On the positive side the motor operates fine and the processing of the return was simple.

I bought this for my 2003 Camry. The splined linkage that connects the motor to the wiper transmission (via the ball and cup connection) is the wrong length!After I hooked it up my wipers would end up sweeping off the windshield. This is not related to the position I installed the wiper arms onto their splines, since they would either start right above the cowl and then go a couple of inches off the A frame OR they would return to their rest position onto the cowl itself.I also could not use the original link to connect the motor to the wiper transmission linkage since this motor spline is of a different diameter to the original one.I ended up returning it and getting the motor and linkage elsewhere, which now works perfectly.

I purchased this wiper motor to replace one in a 2002 Toyota Camry LE. The ball fitting on the end of the pivot arm was a different shape than the original and therefore did not fit. I ended up removing the new one and re-using the old one but did not get the pivot arm back in the same position (didn't know I had to). When I re-installed the whole wiper motor - linkage assembly, the wipers were in the wrong position and wouldn't park correctly. So, out comes the whole thing and I had to guess where the pivot arm should be positioned - twice. This should have been a simple job but turned out to be difficult and frustrating, all because the new part didn't fit. Unacceptable.
