What a waste of a day. I tried for hours to make it fit and it just wouldn't go. The gasket is way to thick and they need to test then in an actual manifold before selling.

So I had this in my 2007 X3 (N52N engine) bought it on august 12 2022, and I don't know how long it has been having issues but I had to take it out as of january of 2024 because the gasket around it is messed up, little chunks missing from it causing a huge vacuum leak. would of been better if these was made to have a replaceable o-ring.

Installed on a 2008 BMW 328xi and it fit perfectly. Car is running back the way it should with no more clatter. I've got about 500 miles on so far and no issues.

It seems to work decent, but it doesn’t seal great around the manifold, it failed a vacuum leak test even fully tightened down

My original flap had come loose and was floating around the intake port of #6 cylinder.Had to remove my intake manifold in search of original broken pin. Found next to lower disa valve. Was a plastic pin. The new disa looks to be made with a metal pin. Now Working as it should. No trouble codes.

so after about 100,000 miles most older BMW's will have this part stop working or it will break. Mine was broken and this worked and alot cheaper than oem.
