It was a perfect fit. Only reason I gave it 4 stars is because it came with the wrong gasket. Sent a left side when I needed the right side

Cheap way to replace your clapped out 4.6 manifold. There is alot of fash from casting on the inside od the manifold that I cleaned out with dremel tool before installing. Comes with the gasket and tailpipe studs. Bottom line it works its cheap

This thing doesn't even have holes to attach manifest ldnto exhaust
