After having a new engine installed and reusing the old lower oil pan, it started to have a very slight leak. I bought this with a new FELPRO gasket. It took less than 30 minutes to install on my 2005 Mercury Mountaineer 4.0L AWD.All bolt are very accessible except one that you will need to use a swivel to get to. There is nothing else to remove or get around.the leak is now gone! PS: the shop that that installed the new engine refused to replace this part, so I did it myself. Easy Peasy.

Worked great on my 06 ranger with the 4.0 v6. Gasket not included and I recommend geting another magnetic drain plug to replace the one that comes with it. Decent product overall

I thought the oil pan was a very well made replacement and I had no problems with leakage or fitment and also was much cheaper than the dealer.
