First regulator, both window clips broke after a day. Motor worked fine. Assuming that was a fluke, I ordered another window regulator (same brand) and the wound cable assembly was not seated properly and unspun out of the drive housing right out of the box. Ultimately found a better regulator price at a local auto parts store with no installation or operational issues. Return of the regulators was simple, as is typical with Amazon.

Unfortunately my 2014 Chrysler Town & Country van has had repeated driver’s & passenger window failures. However, this product is priced reasonably and was complete with good instructions. So far it is working well. The issue is for how long. After one month, it’s hard to say. The repeated failures have been the fault of Chrysler using cheaper parts.

For my 2016 T & C. YouTube videos very helpful, including one that describes a simpler way to remove broken regulator and install new, without disassembling then reinstalling latch mechanism including related rods with hidden connectors which is very difficult and time consuming. Also one by a wife who included two screws inside that no one else showed, that hold the winch to the right regulator frame. Keep all your screws safe as none included. She also included the step to program the auto up and down feature. Recommend you order some retainer clips for the inner door cover as three of mine broke removing the cover as they had become brittle from heat. All in all not too difficult and seems to be quality construction. This includes a new motor. Tested and programmed before closing it up with the cover. All worked smoothly.

When I use the auto up switch the window hits the top and automatically comes down. I need to inch the window up by using the electronic button bit by bit.

Installation was easy....the fit of this part worked perfectly in a 2014 Dodge Caravan.Upon installation, the part worked well.....I cannot speak to the longevity of this product as I just installed it. Overall a good product so far!

The regulator went in the SUV, and it was a fortune to take to a repair shop. YouTube to the rescue. Watch a couple of times waiting for the part to arrive and did it myself in about 2 hours. Much easier than I expected. Part fit perfectly.
