Used this to replace the 20 year old OEM cover. For the price, figured we might as well since it included a gasket. Fits perfectly, no leaks.

This fit my 2004 Grand Cherokee perfectly. Unfortunately, that didn’t fix the underlying problem of it being a 2004 Grand Cherokee.
