This clutch was guaranteed to fit my 2010 Tacoma. I took it to a certified professional mechanic. He installed it and offered a very fair price of $300. The clutch would not function so he removed it and realized the pressure plate was not the same as the old clutch. He had to order a new clutch and install it which cost me an extra $700. In my opinion a refund of $127 does not cover my loss and the extra time and money lost by the mechanic holding my truck on his lift for an extra 5 days waiting for parts and doing the job twice.
