Used this to replace a radiator overflow one a car that had the kind that is part of the fan shroud. This worked great and was $45 and hours of work cheaper than replacing the whole fan shroud.

Identical to the dorman 603-001 reservoir, but this one is better. The dorman does not have an o-ring within the cap, while this version does. If you have ever used the dorman version, the cap always backs out and if you tighten the cap so it doesn't loosen, the cap eventually splits. With the A-Premium reservoir cap, you can snug the cap without over tightening and it will stay put without splitting. Better deal over its competitor.
