Replaces original part exactly but works in reverse to original 2001 Toyota Highlander motor. Wiring harness only allows one way install. Shame!

I had to ding them a couple stars for poor quality control. They switched the wires at the connector so the switch works backwards. Other than that it works great.In the end I decided it was easier to cut and rewire the connector going to the motor than to return it and change it again.

Works for first gen Toyota Highlander, but note that the polarity is backwards from the stock motor. When I first installed, the down button moved the window up and the up button moved the window down. Simple fix is to cut and solder the wires backwards going to the motor.

I installed one on my 2004 Toyota Highlander and it makes the window move the opposite direction of the switch, up is down and down is up. Pretty disappointing, I’ll be returning it.

I have replaced these several times for back windows, this is my first time doing front widow passenger side. I don't know how to fix it. The electrical connector only goes one way. Hope you can recommend a fix.
