I've loved my QC3 headphones for years, and have worn through more than one set of ear covers, but they've been left behind technology wise due to being wired and new phones now don't have simple headphone sockets anymore (which caused me to buy a Sony MP3 player for my music). But this changes that. I've previously added a Bluetooth receiver to my headphones, but it was clunky, and still had a wire so wasn't great. This device is a gamechanger for these 'outdated' headphones, adding wireless capability at barely any loss in audio quality. Noise reduction still works, which would be expected as that is managed by the headphones themselves (not sure what another reviewer was talking about, no background noise here!).Connectivity is simple, and had no issues pairing this with my iphone and my windows laptop - works wonderfully well for hands free, and also online meetings.Wish this had been available years ago, but whatever, the important thing is it is now, and gives my QC3's a new lease of life. Highly recommended for QC3 owners!

Awesome BT adaptor only issue is there’s zero noise cancellation and you hear all the background noise

I recently purchased the YOCOWOCO aptX Wireless Bluetooth 5.0 Adapter for my Bose QC3 QuietComfort 3 headphones, and it has truly been a game changer. This product breathed new life into my old Bose headphones, allowing me to enjoy modern wireless convenience without sacrificing sound quality. The adapter arrived well-packaged, ensuring it was protected during transit. The installation was straightforward; it connected seamlessly to my QC3 headphones without any issues. The adapter fits snugly into the headphone port, maintaining the sleek appearance of the original design. One of the most impressive features of this adapter is its support for aptX technology, which ensures high-quality audio transmission. The sound quality remained crystal clear, with no noticeable loss in fidelity compared to the wired connection. This was a significant upgrade, making my listening experience much more enjoyable. The built-in microphone is another standout feature. It performed exceptionally well during phone calls, delivering clear and crisp audio. This added functionality is particularly useful for hands-free calling and voice commands, enhancing the overall utility of the headphones.Battery life is adequate, providing several hours of continuous use before needing a recharge. The included micro-USB charging cable makes it easy to recharge the adapter, and it charges relatively quickly. However, it would have been even better if the adapter used a more modern USB-C connection for faster and more convenient charging. The Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity is stable and provides an impressive range. I experienced no dropouts or connection issues, even when moving around my home. Pairing the adapter with my devices was quick and hassle-free, further enhancing the user experience. In terms of value for money, the YOCOWOCO aptX Wireless Bluetooth 5.0 Adapter is a fantastic investment for anyone with Bose QC3 headphones. It successfully transforms wired headphones into a modern wireless set without compromising on audio quality. The built-in microphone adds significant value, making it an outstanding addition to my daily audio equipment. While the use of micro-USB for charging is a minor drawback, the overall performance and convenience make this adapter a highly worthwhile purchase.

I bought this bluetooth adapter for my Bose QC3 QuietComfort 3 that is over 10 years old. I was going to buy a new pair of headsets but I have the mentality of not spending money if their is a lower cost alternative. This Wireless Bluetooth 5.0 Adapter is that alternative. I'll admit, I was sceptical, but for the price I thought I would give it a shot. I am not disappointed. It was easy to attached to my headset and hooks up to my Vizio TV, Iphone, Ipad without any issues whatsoever and the sound quality was not compromised in any way. I use them about 3-4 times a week for a few months now and still, I have not had any issue with the bluetooth adapter. I'm glad I decided to give them a try. A very satisfied customer.

I’ve been looking for a way to convert these headphones to Bluetooth. Given what I paid for them new, I was very happy to find something to breathe life back into these excellent Bose headphones. This device looks much larger than I’d really like (it looks a little bulky) , but it works flawlessly. It is very easy to install/use, the sound quality is good and the battery charges at a decent speed. My experience is the battery lasts more than 6 hours; it also has not discharged when left idle for a few weeks. The four stars are just for the design, not the operability. I’d purchase an updated design if it becomes available!!

While buying a replacement battery for my QC3, I saw a banner ad that said "people who purchased this, also bought" and when I saw this wireless adapter I was skeptical but figured for 32 dollars, why not take a chance, and I'm delighted that I did. The sound quality is great and now I don't have to worry about the wire getting tangled. (and I don't have to spend $300+ buying new wireless headphones.)
