These are a bit taller than the steps they are replacing, but still a good fit. And they are much sturdier than the old ones. Also, they dont require stones to hold them down and in place.

I had three issues with these stairs, during assembly the holes weren't completely drilled so the screws wouldn't screw all the way in. Have a drill bit on hand to make the holes deeper for the screws to fit right. The railing is very flimsy and doesn't feel stable enough to put all of one's weight on. The stairs themselves are perfect! They are very wide and sturdy and don't collect a lot of debris and algae like I expected them to. The mat that goes under the stairs don't suction like they should, and I had to keep putting it back under the stairs due to it floating away.

This step is nothing like our old one piece step. The steps are so tall that is very difficult getting out of the pool. If you are short it is a major undertaking. I dread getting in and out The steps are not stable and are very shaky. No place to even weigh it down. We have sand bags setting on every step to try to keep it in place. Wish I would have spent the extra for the one piece. This was a waste of money. The company’s customer service was great. The top step came cracked and got a replacement in about four days. That is why the 2 stars otherwise it would have been one star

Should have read the reviews before I bought this. Assembling was easy until we got to the last step. The screws would not hold, it was like the base had been used before.

Product came with 3 cracks in 3 different steps. Tried to repair one but decided to contact seller for return. Being brand new and the cost of these, we shouldn’t have to repair anything. They are extremely flimsy and cheaply made for the price I would not recommend and trying to get them returned to seller…not going well.Update: seller sent 3 new steps and they were not threaded for screws to go into steps. Truly garbage and DO NOT recommend this seller at all!!!

We love these pool steps , I did have to weigh my down , but other then that they are ( so easy on the feet )
