Do Not Buy this from Pen Kit Mall in Missouri. Original box had been opened. Seats shoved in in such a way they were damaged. Seller did NOT advertise as Used. Defective valve on floor is defective. $200 wasted.

I’m so happy with my purchase. Chinook 100 can be used solo or tandem. I used an electric pump and it takes very little time to inflate and get on the water. I’m 56 and I can carry it to the water. I take two trips one with the kayak empty and then a second trip with the paddle, seat, life jacket, and coffee cup! I’ll get many relaxing adventures.

The left bladder was leaking air when I received this kayak. I emailed the Aquaglide directly, they verified my purchase and sent new bladders for my kayak. They come in pairs so they actually sent both left and right side bladders.

This is a very nice kayak. It is very stable and easy to inflate. It is nice to pack and go for an easy water outing.

It was a good experience for the first time, the kayak held the pressure well when it is on the water, and deflation was not bad - one thing I didn't like is this box does not come with a pump, so you will have to find your own boston valve pump. Then, things are going not that good for the second time, I found the kayak can't hold pressure well any more when I was pumping air into it, and I found there is a small leak on the side of the valve. If that is just the story I would give it 1 star.Luckily, I was able to get in touch with customer service, after uploading some photos, they responded pretty fast and send me a new one, things can always go wrong, but the attitude they tried to fix it is good, so I would only get 1 star away.Apart from the leak, it gives you a overall decent feelings (I said feeling instead quality cause it already broke once), so maybe it was just my bad luck

We ended up buying two of these, after buying one and testing it out. We feel very secure in them and are very happy with our purchase. Might not track as well as a hard kayak, but that is OK for us. We are just using it in the back bays of the Jersey shore. Some people commented that one of the valves leakes, but we think that is because they have the thread caught up in it. Just something to be aware of.

Kayak seems well built and it's very practical when it comes to transport back and fort. With a double action pump inflating it is a breeze and done under five minutes. Deflating is also super easy. Very stable on the water. I'd only caution super tall folks as the leg room just will not be there for you if you're using it for two. My kids had a blast with it the first time out!
