Really livens up a 16” kick. Makes it sound like a quieter 22” when paired with a ported regulator. I’ve recieved a lot of complients about the compact size of the kit and the fullness of it’s sound.

Nice bass drum head especially for not being many choices out there for a 16" bass drum. However I did have slightly better sound and tuning results from a regular Remo Powerstroke 3 coated head for this application. Either one will get the job done for that bebop/safari 16" bass drum conversion but the remo is a bit better and fatter sounding in the bottom end department.
