Love using these filter balls, I transitioned my sand filter from sand to filter balls a couple of years ago and will never go back. They are easy to use in the filter barrel and do an incredible job of keeping my pool water crystal clear all season. At the end of the season they can be placed in a laundry bag and washed and dried for winter storage. I love that I can use a 1.5 lb bag of filter balls to replace a heavy 50 lb bag of sand. Cleaning up the filter barrel at the end of the season is much easier since changing to the filter balls. No more picking sand out of the diffuser tubes and I don't have to carry a heavy barrel to a suitable spot to dump the sand. For anyone that wants to simplify their pool maintenance and make spring setup and winter closing a whole lot easier I would highly recommend switching to these filter balls. I have already referred several friends to using filter balls and they have been very pleased in the difference. For convenience, efficiency, price, and no having to carry heavy bags of sand these are a definitely good value.

Filter balls are pretty self explanatory, these ones are of the specified weight and filter well, better than lugging around sand and having to flush it clean from the sand filter on a very regular basis.

These were very easy to install in our sand filter. They are well made and very thick. They do a great job at filtering out the debris from the sand filter.

Just ordered these this past week. The pool ball filters are exactly as described. Upon opening our pool up, our water is bright green. We put them in our sand filter and they have caused no issues. And our water significantly cleared up in just the two days we’ve had them in the filter. I’d say they’re doing a great job,

These are such a great alternative to dealing with sand in your filter. They’re easier to use. This is my second time purchasing these. Great quality and reasonable pricing.

So these are so much easier than lugging and messing with sand for your filters! They can be used for swimming pools, fish pond/aquarium filters... 1.5Lbs of these lightweight but superior filter balls is equal to about 50Lbs of sand! You should put these inside a clean unused mesh zip close laundary washing bag. They're shipped in a vacuum sealed plastic brick inside a box, so be careful cutting it open.Regular price $ 19.99 per the listing. As much as I like the polyester filter balls and will use them, there's better deals pricewise..so brows other listings, watch for a sale/coupon...As always I only do honest reviews and update if needed. I hope this helps you make the best choices how to spend your $.
