Charging
USB charging cable can be connected to the host computer for charging.
The remote control use the USB interface to charge for 3 hours. The charging light is red at the USB interface and turn to green light for full charge.

Connect the machine according to the manual, then you can use it.
Usage Mode
Hanging strap design, can be hung on the neck, or on the machine. It is small and easy to store.
Remote Connection
Firstly, press and hold the “RESET” button on the gear box for (3-5sec), then press the “start” button on the remote control to build the signal connection. When you hear ”3 beeps”, that means the connection is established. Release “RESET” and “START” and system is ready.
Erase All The Connection
Press and hold the “RESET” button for 10 sec.
“2 long beeps” indicates that the connection is all erased.

Remote arrived 11 Nov went to use it for the second time Jan 16 and it has stopped working. Won't charge won't respond. Can't return as it's outside 30 days can't contact to get a response. Very poor product.

Went out today with my factory remote and this secondary. The secondary buttons are reversed and spun me in circles causing me to lose $500 in fishing rods. I do not recommend and am highly upset.

I am resubmitting my review . I had pretty much given up on resolving this issue .When the Seller alerted me that they would be sending me a replacement remote. I’ve got to say I was shocked ! At last,A company that really cares about there customers. I received the new remote and it works perfectly. Best price I could find and works flawlessly with my haswing 12v trolling motor! Lost mine so ordered this as a replacement. While wouldn't you know it, as soon as this arrived I found my other remote. Still happy and great to know I have a extra on hand now! I did test and use it. For any one wondering the remote works and is the best price out there from what I've seen so far
