Solid strong material but our last bag had a softer fleece lining which is felt reduced abrasion on the helmet.

Great bag for my umpires mask. Bought a new mask this year and didn't want it ending up all scuffed and dinged so I got this. Very solid and thick seems like it will fit the bill.

This is a very thick, high quality bag with a good draw string for closure. For the money expected much less in terms of thickness and fabric, but this a great helmet bag and and you can throw it in your bag with 100% confidence your helmet & shield are protected. The only thing I might improve is the size, my helmet with visor fits but its a tight squeeze getting it in.

Initially, I bought this to protect my helmet, but lately, I've been using it to separate clean clothes (and then sweaty, post-hockey clothes) from everything else in my bag. There's no danger of my helmet getting scratched in the bag (I keep it nestled in the top part of my hockey pants), so it actually makes sense to use a helmet bag for clothes.

A little smaller than perfect for a hockey helmet with a clear, full visor, but it does fit. The fabric is pretty stiff. Not enough to scratch clear visors, just has a "starched" feel. Very high quality. I expect it too last as long as my body allows me to keep playing ;-)

After ordering I was concerned that it wouldnt fit my helemt with shield. Bit after receiving it it fit perfect with extra room. Made with a soft but dutrable fabric that will not scratch my visor. The draw string closer makes it easy to open and close. Well worth the ten dollars. Super fast delivery too.
