I coach squirt hockey and was noticing a trend of 5 minutes before games, kids trying to retape sticks, I’d be sitting there trying to pick apart a two week old tape job coated in 50 pounds of Howie Wax and retaping 6 sticks before a game. I bought this hoping my fingers could have time to heal. It is absolutely awesome, the kids love getting their turn at getting their tape cut which in turn makes everyone want to get it done at the correct time and without having to help pick apart tape jobs. Just buy this, I have not encountered a tape job it couldn’t handle.

The cutting blade takes the tape off the stick easily and as advertised however the sissors that come attached dont cut even the thinnest of tape. Do us a favor and update them or just remove the sissors completely.

This is the best way to remove tape. I’ve tried knives, I’ve torn the tape, scissors and the take the cake by leaps and bounds. It is a bit pricey and I cannot attest to how long the blade will be sharp but so far I would buy it again.

We needed another Tape Tiger for removing tape from our hockey stick blades daily for our players at the Carolina Thunderbirds Hockey Club! It's a great product that all hockey clubs need!
