I feel like this used to set faster. It seems to take about 8 hours but i remember in the past it was more like 30 minutes, which was sometimes very useful. Due to the design of the dispencer its sometimes difficult to get a 50/50 ratio but even when I make sure to do this, the cure time is long

J'ai recollé un vieux pot en terre cuite pour l'extérieur et cela tient très bien malgré le poids. Il faut juste appuyer à s'en faire mal aux doigts pour faire sortir les deux produits.

The golf instructor suggested this to fix my son's golf club. I cleaned and sanded the head and shaft, applied the mixed epoxy and 24 hours later he went golfing with it.

I love everything about this except when you put the mixing syringe on it, it fills up with the epoxy and there's no cap for it. you have to remove the mixing syringe, which wastes all the product in it ("can't put the toothpaste back in the tube") so I elected not to remove it and just put a cork over the top. We'll see if that keeps it from drying out or if not, I'll have to remove it and cap the main hole. At least they give you two mixing syringes.

... the company could not advise whether it was OK to use with Petrol. It was NOT. After a couple weeks the Petrol ate right through it. Hey, it was worth a try.

It's been my go-to epoxy for many years, it works perfectly every time and I can absolutely depend on it.It doesn't set quickly, so that makes it really good because it's not a race against time to get the glue where you need it before it goes off, or, to remove glue where its ended up in exactly the place that you definitely didn't;t need it!The syringe dispenser makes it really easy to use, when I first used araldite it was in separate tubes, which is ok, but it's far more messy and you have to ensure you dispense the same proportion of both parts, it comes with a stick to mix it, but I just use tea/coffee stirrers, you only need to mix it for 30 seconds and you can tell when it's mixed when you cannot see any streaks in the resin.I use my stirrer to apply the glue, in my pictures I filled a void in a 3D printed part, although the epoxy is quite a "stiff" glue, it will fill gaps as it levels itself, this allowed the epoxy to fill around my "joint" piece which connected both haves, I placed my part face down on glossy card. You need to clamp your pieces to hold everything in place while it sets, you definitely don't want it setting with pieces in the wrong place because they're not coming apart ever, I use some cheap clamps and they work great. You can see on the front that the epoxy levelled and filled in the tiny gaps, resulting in everything being bonded incredibly well, you would break the bits that weren't glued before you had anywhere near any issue with the glued section.I left it clamped for 8 hours, after which I removed the clamps and then let it sit overnight, the following morning it lifted straight from the glossy paper and revealed a very clean joint. As this part is going to be painted, I used a coarse grit sandpaper to gently and methodically work over the surface until it was level with the printed parts, at that point I worked up in various grits to 3000, after which the area where the joint and glue was smooth and flat and you are unable to feel any difference in the surface between the printed parts and this joint section, it's completely merged into the whole part.It really is one of the best glues around.
