These units worked great at ridding the air buffeting my noggin, but raising the shield allowed more air under which now hits my chest. I'll take that over the noise and movement caused by the air on my head all day.

Unfortunately I did not pay enough attention when I ordered this adjustable windshield bracket for my Tenere 700. I thought - adjustable brackets - yes! this is what I want. But these brackets are not field adjustable. They use cap head allen bolts which you need a tool to adjust. So cannot be adjusted on the fly.There are others available that do have the knurled knobs so you can loosen and slide the windscreen in the adjusters. In fact, one of the photos on this item even shows the knobs. But the other photos clearly show the cap head allen bolts. So buyer beware - that is what you'll get. Not field adjustable.Brackets fit and they work, so two stars for effort. But if you are like me, it's not what you expect. Unless you are buying these adjustable brackets to be set once and never move again, do not buy this. Instead, look for the ones with knobs. I wish I had.
