The gloves work exactly as expected and seem to be decent quality. They're not super thick, but i haven't had any issues with them yet. They do have a bit of an odd smell to them, but doesn't impact the performance nor the ease of use.

Review: ARCCAPTAIN Soft Goat Grain TIG Welding GlovesRating: ★★★★★ (5/5)As a TIG welder, finding the right gloves is crucial for both safety and precision. The ARCCAPTAIN Soft Goat Grain TIG Welding Gloves have truly impressed me with their quality and design, especially considering they come in at under $20.One of the standout features of these gloves is the soft goat grain leather, which offers exceptional flexibility compared to traditional welding gloves. This flexibility is vital for TIG welding, where dexterity is key for handling fine work and intricate details. I found myself able to manipulate the welding torch and filler rod with ease, which significantly improved my control and precision during welding sessions. The 4-inch extended cuff is another excellent feature that provides extra protection for my wrists and forearms without sacrificing comfort. The cuff stays securely in place, ensuring that sparks and molten metal are kept at bay while allowing me to move freely. The reinforced seams add to the overall durability of the gloves. I’ve used them for multiple projects now, and they show minimal signs of wear, which speaks volumes about their construction quality. It’s reassuring to know that they are built to withstand the rigors of welding while maintaining a high level of comfort.Comfort is another aspect where these gloves shine. They fit well and do not cause any discomfort or excessive sweating, even during longer welding sessions. The interior feels soft against the skin, making it a joy to wear them.In conclusion, I would highly recommend the ARCCAPTAIN Soft Goat Grain TIG Welding Gloves to any welder, especially those who need flexibility and dexterity. At under $20, they are a great value for the quality you receive. I would buy these again in a heartbeat, and I might even consider purchasing a backup pair for good measure!

I am not a professional welder; however, these gloves get the job done for me. I do not know if you need a better quality glove but if the goal is to protect your hands from sparks and heat, these gloves function well. I have not experience through with these gloves. They are comfortable to wear and work in. I think they are a great value for DIY welders or professionals but I am not a professional.

The fit of these gloves is snug yet comfortable. The soft inner lining adds to the overall comfort, wicking away moisture and keeping my hands cool. One of the standout features of the gloves is their superior grip. The textured palm and finger surfaces ensure a firm hold on tools and materials, reducing the likelihood of drops or slips.

Would definitely buy again, for the price it can't be beat. Welding in them has been so nice compared to my old gloves which were to stiff. These are a dream!

The ARCCAPTAIN Soft Goat Grain TIG Welding Gloves are a solid choice for those in need of high dexterity and comfort while welding. The gloves are made from soft, supple goatskin leather, which offers excellent flexibility and feel, making it easy to handle tools and work precisely. The extended 4-inch cuff provides added protection for the wrists, and the reinforced seams with Kevlar thread enhance durability. In terms of fit, these gloves offer a firm yet comfortable feel. The large size fits as expected. Due to their durability and comfort, the gloves are also great for non-welding tasks, such as gardening or handling hay bales. However, compared to other TIG gloves like Tillman, which I personally prefer, these gloves are a bit thicker, which may affect the level of dexterity for more detailed work. They’re still a good option for general welding tasks, but if you’re looking for the thinnest gloves for fine, detailed work, these might not be the best fit.

I am using these gloves primarily for stick and mig welding. I know they are designed for tig, but I really like the dexterity the thinner gloves provide. I've used them about a week straight now and they are holding up fine. I usually wear a large sized glove and the large in these fit just fine. They are very similar to the tig style gloves that I used to purchase from a local big box store. I also use these types of gloves when loading and unloading hay bales. They really help with all the scratches and irritation that usually occur when working without them. Overall, I think they're a good value. I will update my review should anything change.

The first thing I noticed about these gloves is the quality of the leather. Soft and supple and very protective.I got the Large size. Their size descriptions seem to be really accurate. I was hoping that this size would be usable by a range of hand types and I am very happy that they are. These gloves can be worn and used by someone with shorter than average fingers and longer than average. I tried them and had someone who is 6'4" try them on too. We were both extremely impressed by these gloves. The finger length is too long on me but I knew it would be. I am 5'4" and my fingers are shorter than average. But the leather is such good quality I can still work on these. The protective sleeves are perfect. They are wide enough to go around a thick sweater sleeve, but they are still stiff enough to stay in place and not slide down the arm.I am really impressed with the design of these gloves. They definitely deserve five stars.
