The radiused bullet nose serves to locate the pan rails, then allow the nuts to be easily installed without the worry of cross-threading. Manufactured from black oxide finished chrome moly steel, these studs come complete with special hex style locking flanged nuts.

I use this on a 1974 C10 Chevrolet pickup 305 block. I run this truck both on the drag strip and also around town. Probably the biggest thing I like about it is it makes it so easy to make oil pan changes which I've actually changed three times as I tinker around with different motors for the truck. It also made it super easy to install the oil pan, and yeah, if I'm being blatantly honest it looks very professional
