So for my stock application these were overkill but they shipped fast and weren't too bad on price so easy choice. I'm not gonna say how much they hold because I honestly don't remember. I suggest if you're building a performance engine you start on the official website and not Amazon once you have the exact part numbers and list together then come check back because shipping times are faster in most cases and sometimes you can get them cheaper if not it's ARP don't expect cheap. The biggest benefit is ARP products can be reused they don't have to be replaced after they're used
