There is a definite line between the cheap (under $200) and mid-range R/C vehicles. The cheap ones are not designed to be repairable, meaning they're essentially throwaway, where the ones in this size/price range are not only FAR more rugged and tough, but practically every single component in this thing is available to buy, replace/repair or upgrade. And trust me, if you're playing with these, you *will* end up fixing them, but it's ok. That's what they're built for.These are fun on the street/sidewalk but also on the RC tracks you can find all over the country. You'll want some room too, these things are *fast* even at their slowest settings, so if you want to actually have some fun with them you'll need something like a small soccer field or open park to let them really go. My kids love these things, and I definitely got the "cool dad" points for getting these.One thing to note: these don't come with a battery, and you can expect to spend anywhere from $70-$200 for a battery pack (charger is separate). There is a definite difference in "play time" between batteries too. You'll probably want to buy at least two batteries and a decent ($100+) charger for them.

The car I received was obviously used. Dirt and sticks were in the box as well as no actual packing materials other tan a plastic bag. Minor scuffs to several areas. Given that, the car itself is amazing and performs exactly like I hoped. Durability is fantastic as well.

I haven't had an RV in Years..... Watched Many videos on this Truck and had to get one. I Love this thing!!! I haven't even put in the other gear(for higher speeds) yet. I look forward to adding some lights and customizing it a little.

Definitely a asphalt-runner, if you’re planning to run this off-road, you’ll need a screen for the electronics and driveshaft area. Many Small rocks get in that compartment and will damage your driveshaft, and jam your steering gear. They sell a screen cover, I eventually bought one and installed it, it worked good, but this car is definitely for the asphalt or concrete..If you’re planning to buy wait till the holiday season the price drops considerably then..

Truck looks good and runs better than I had hoped. I wish I had bought more tires with it. It burns them off fast. A very fun rc. The brake force is set too low out of the box. Not for begeners. I'm going to try the 6s infraction next.

This is the easiest to control on-road high speed RC that I have ever driven! It does 90 km/h right out of the box (and that’s without the speed pinion installed).The best part is that the gyro makes drifting and power sliding a piece of cake. If you like endless burn-outs and hooning around then you need this car!

I am loving it. Having lots of fun with it. The think is it was not a brand new one the box was opened as the zip ties that secure it in the box was cut and the car was free to move in the box. And this was not sated by the seller.

Absolutely love this thing. Wish I would have just ordered the version 2 6s instead. But, my Felony is on its way. At the same time, you’ll still save money getting the version 1 and upgrading it yourself. It’s fast as f___ on 3s as it is. Going to push it on 4s today :)
