I thought it was bigger but that could be my own fault misunderstanding the size. It's still a decent size but for my larger diamond paintings this won't work. I wanted somewhere to put them safely until I decide what to do with them. For the most part this will do great. Made well, have not checked the waterproof aspect. The material is not super thin and the handles should last as they are also made strong and durable.

It is meant to hold the originals and copies of my late husbands art work that had been stored in a cardboard box on his closet shelf. Now when we want to look through it much easier to handle.
