So we have three small rescue dogs each one probably weighs about 18 pounds. I have been using three leashes at one time and there's been a lot of tangling, but sometimes they end up at the end of the compound leash and I can keep control. Once I got this leash that has the three separate leashes on it I found that it was easier for me to maintain it because I am in my mid 70s and I would like to not trip on the dogs. I like the lightweight aspect of it, but it seems very strong. I have taken them out for a walk, a couple of times and my newest Rescue is not yet comfortable walking with a group and she sometimes gets the leash tangled. I don't blame the leash because I think it's her movement compounded by the Lead dog movement. I'm pretty happy with the leash as it is and it's easy to take off one section if you only have two dogs walking, etc. I think it's a pretty good value for the price easy to clean and it's definitely much easier than holding three heavy leashes in my hand and trying to manage the three dogs.

I recently had to rescue three chihuahuas. This is a good leash for walking them. It does get tangled a little but untangles very easily and it's just the right length.

I bought this becase I was taking care of a friend's dog in addition to my two dogs. I didn't want to spend a lot of money for something a temporay situation, and this was a very reasonably priced option.Overall, it is reasonably well made, and is rugged enough to easily handle 2 English Springer Spaniels that pull like freight trains, and a 90 pound Goldendoodle. The downside is the design is far from perfect, and I found myself making adjustments to deal with crossed and tangled leashes. Even with this issue, I'm rating it at 4 starts because it is a rugged leash, it did serve it's purpose for me, and it was inexpensive.

I have 4 large dogs. Three walk well but I now have to teach them to not be too enthusiastic about the walk when on this apparatus so they aren't tangling each other up when we set out. Once they get the hang of it, I'm sure this will work really well. It appears that this would work great, right away, for smaller dogs.

I like the option of lengthening it, but it doesnt add much. I don't like how long the lead is before it splits. And the idea is great. But the lines still get pretty tangled if you have crazy ones attached. So, not my favorite.

I have taken my 3 small dogs out on this leash twice. The first time it was a tangled mess. Today it was also a tangled mess and one of the leads came unhooked. The dog that came unhooked is a puppy and tried to argue with 2 boxers. Luckily I was able to stop him so no harm came to him. I will never recommend this product to anyone!

I love this leash. I have three dogs, and walking three dogs is not an easy task. This makes it a bit easier. No leash limbo trying to untangle myself from leashes while still waking. The dogs can still get get themselvea tangled but it's a simple matter of unhooking one of the short leashes and untwisting the other two before hooking them back on.Being able to unhook was each extended leash is nice, because sometimes you won't be walking all three dogs, and I suppose you can add more. One of the dogs DID manage to unhook themselves -- it looks like a fluke having to do with being tangled.You can also adjust the length of each extending leash, which means if you have one dog that must be in the lead you can do that. I'd like it to be a bit longer but at a fully extended length of 6ft it's still a good length.Honestly walks have gotten so much easier. Fully recommend it.
