The light itself is a breeze to install and very bright. The remote is useless - sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. It sets itself to auto so, if there isn't any movement for a couple of minutes, it goes out. Overall, if you are going to use a wall switch, it's worth purchasing.

This fan light kit was to replace a triple light kit on a simple ceiling fan in my garage. Super easy to install and I now have one of those wide LED bulbs with "wings" on it that I can aim at all of the space in my garage. Pull chain was a bit short, but my garage ceiling is abnormally tall, so I just added some chain from the one I removed.

No light chain pointed upward so after pulling it for a while, it broke it should’ve put it down or sideway

Switch is a poor design. Does not pull freely. At some point the chain will break.
