I really like the look and feel of the lock. Was easy to install. I could not find any good looking locks at local hardware store and on top of that it was cheaper than those.

Fitted this lock to my 35 mm bathroom Pocket door, lock locks great, quality is also good.As for the instructions I was pretty impressed with the detail, plenty information accompanied by pictogram which is rare these days in my opinion!Having said that I would NOT recommend using the back set template, as mine was 5mm out!I have two complaints about this lock, I'll start with the worst, which is the lock is very stiff to operate, so stiff that my partner nor three kids has the finger strength to lock the door. I'm hoping this eases off in time.The second is the fact that when the door is locked it can still open 3/4 mm (see last photo)Which is more annoying than anything else.Hope this helps someone

My grandmother's house has pocket doors on all the bedrooms which is great... unless you want to have privacy for changing clothes or other activities. I purchased this lock and easily installed it in under 30 minutes. It fit perfectly in the hole that was there before, and works like a dream. It fits with the door style and with the coupon code it was a great value for the money. It doesn't look cheap either.

Quality product and fits my door very wellI want to replace the old lock for my door. This product just looks like the images and fits my door very well, so the installation is quick. Also, I like the feature of locking status indication.The packaging includes 4 types of fixing screw, you will only need to pick out 1 type of length per your door thickness and installation instruction. This is considerate and one of the reason I rate this product highly.

Great idea but came very flawed. The idea of the lock and function is great in theory but it came from the factory without being threaded so was unable to install.

I truly wish I had learned of this style of pocket-door pull, years ago. They are no harder to install than the traditional (and annoying) version of these pocket door pulls that require you to tediously position your fingers into the minimal grab-area, to open the door from it's closed position. And more over (regarding the inferior design I'm speaking of), to both lock and unlock the pocket door (for instance, in a bathroom or something), you must grab that annoyingly tiny, 1/2" or so in diameter, twist lock and hope that the door was fully and perfectly closed, before trying to lock it, or, there isn't too much pressure on the lever-locking end (at the jam), when you go to unlock it, causing your fingers to slip off of that tiny twist lock. Anyhow, the point here, is that this assembly rids you of all of that frustration and alignment concern. Granted, you must install it competently, which is no harder than the other styles. But once installed, you will just fall in love with the ease with which you can grab that LARGE surface area, to both twist the door into a locked, or unlocked position. And, once shut, you actually KNOW that it's shut, as the latching mechanism itself, is so smartly designed. Meaning, that once you slide the door shut, you "hear" it engage the receiver plate, mounted into the jamb and it does so, securely. The fit (castings themselves) and finish of this product too, is very well done, without visible defect in the set that I received. Although I reviewed this product as a Vine Reviewer, I have now ordered two others because I love this product so much. Anyhow, I couldn't be happier with this product and therefore, gladly recommend it to others. You will be glad that you switched to this style.

This pocket door lockset seems like it is fine quality, however DO NOT follow the instructions!!!! They state drill a 2-3/8” hole, that is wrong!! Drill a standard 2-1/8” hole and you will be fine. My contractor followed the instructions and the hole is too big for the shoulder of the lockset in a brand new $700 door. He said he would replace the door, I found a thinwall PVC 2” pipe to sleeve the hole and we are hoping that will center the lock enough that it cannot slide down and leave a gap. 2-3/8” backset and 2-1/8” hole. A really, really disappointing result from following the instructions to a tee.
