This is a pretty solid backrest at a fraction of the price you would pay for a name brand that is custom fit to your motorcycle. It took some engineering and creativity to mount it on my 2010 Kawasaki Vulcan 900 Classic, but I was pleased with the result--a comfortable fit for the driver on the OEM one-piece seat for about $40. PS: It looks like it could also be used for the passenger, as long as you have a solid place to mount it.
