I owned a pair of these and my boy wanted a set. My first set was plug and play, but couldn't get new set to connect. Returned because transmitter tag on headset didn't match the transmitter box like mine. Second set didn't match either, frustrated and asked for refund. Did more digging online and found out ***you have to plug them into the transfuse box directly to get them to pair***. Humble apologies to the seller for being naive. Honest review, sound is great, take is only about 10 feet from transmitter but it's a gaming headset. (Look at Aventree products if you want longer range or multiple headsets to one TV) Overall, I have owned my first pair for over 10 years and have one had to test them once (by pressing & holding the game &frequency buttons at the same time for 10 seconds). Ended up purchasing both sets for my boys I thought were flawwed because they both actually work well and it was user error on my part.

La verdad tenia bajas expectativas en este Headset porque el hecho de que tienen certificacion renovada, sin embargo, son de muy buena calidad, funcionan a la perfección, y en mi caso no venian dañados (no tiene raspones, etc). Los recomiendo, Calidad y Precio!

Really great quality for refurbished. No flaws or tells of it being refurbished. Very comfortable for the first few hours of gaming but, can make your head sore after awhile but, this is isn’t singled to this headset. Easy to set up and use right away. Amazing battery life.

My husband LOVES theses (He hates my Turtle Beach 700s). He says they are super comfortable, and he can hear anything he needs to hear. However, he constantly has the issue where the headset seems to be "dead", no lights, no sound, nothing. We found out online this is a known issue with the Astros A20's but it is an easy fix. Just hold down the "game" button and the EQ button for about 5 seconds and it will power back on and work like normal. Super annoying but they work.

This headset arrived in just a sealed plastic bag ( no box and no manual). The overall condition of the headset was in clean and like new condition . since there was no manual, I watched a 5 minute video on You Tube on how to set it up. The set up was quick and easy. I have been using the headset for over a month now and these things are awesome. Sound quality is great and battery life is good. Works with the Xbox or pc so you can watch movies or chat online as well. The only complaint I have is the it did not come with a charging cable. I tried several different ones but the never charged the device. Luckily I had another cable from one of my Bluetooth devices that work. The minor Inconveniences are worth it for the price of this great headset.

En mi experiencia estos audÃfonos son lo mejor que puedes conseguir por este precio, en mi caso los compré a 1,100 pesos mexicanos, y sin duda alguna cumple todas mis expectativas.TenÃa mis dudas acerca de la durabilidad y estado del producto a ser un "Amazon Renewed" pero al parecer mi producto llegó como nuevo, con sus plásticos protectores en la zona "brillosa" de los audÃfonos e incluso con la estampita roja que indica las funciones de los botones del mismo (Obviamente llegó en una caja genérica) pero el producto lucÃa perfectamente como nuevo.En la caja incluÃa 2 cables de USB A a micro USB, 1 cable de audio óptico, los audÃfonos, y su transmisor (Para xbox one). Todo estaba en perfectas condiciones y los cables son ORIGINALES y funcionan perfectamente.Los he tenido un mes y les he dado sesiones de más de 8 horas de juego y la verdad sin problemas, son muy ligeros, no incomodan, el audio es muy bueno y la baterÃa está increÃble (La baterÃa no me ha dado problemas y funciona perfectamente).Lo que recomiendo si compras estos audÃfonos es que compres con el envÃo PRIME, y al momento de que te lleguen actualÃzalos desde tu PC con la aplicación de Astro (Hay varios tutoriales en YT) pero es muy intuitivo. Ésto para evitar cualquier tipo de problema y tener el firmware de tus audÃfonos actualizado.(Y sÃ, son mejores que los Astro A10, jubilé mis Astro A10 por éstos)

I hooked this up to my xbox and can only get the microphone to sporadically work. Its really flaky with seemingly no rhyme or reason why it works about 5-10% of the time. The game sound comes through really well, I can tell the quality of the headset is good but the microphone experience is obviously disappointing. The experience is essentially that it doesn't work, then just randomly does, which you can immediately tell because the sound in the headset changes and within 20 seconds it seemingly drops out again for extended periods of time. There is definitely something wrong with it because I just switched to the computer and the experience is the same. I guess it could be a bad cable between the transceiver and xbox/pc but it is brand new and they are right next to each other. I didn't even need to unwind the cables. Overall disappointing purchase because the headset is comfortable and the sound quality is really quite good.

Would not charge at first. Left it on the charger for 6 hours and the charge light stayed yellow so I hard reset the headset and a hour later the charge light turned red. There where some scuffs, scratches, and the printed words on the buttons are wore off. Besides all that they work pretty good and I like them. I haven't tested the full battery life yet. If you are thinking of buying these I would recommend getting the 4 year protection plan for $9.99

I purchased the A20 for doing phone tech support. It's replacing my old wired Plantronics DSP400, and my wireless Logitech h800 headsets. I'm getting older now and my hearing isn't so great anymore. That ain't gonna be a problem any longer with the A20. Perhaps a bit of overkill but I can hear great with this headset on. I called the home office to do a mic check yesterday, and then again today with my new A20 headset on. They said that they can hear me 100 times better now. I knocked off a star for comfort since this headset is much heavier and has more of a squeeze factor than what I am used to, but perhaps that's not fair due to what I am comparing them to, which were very light weight. There is also a fare amount of squeeze pressure from the ear cups, so all that will take a bit of adjusting to for me, compared to a light weight headset. So, I was checking out the sound coming from a YouTube video review of this headset. The voice quality was amazing, but then unexpectedly the video went into a music track... WOW! Simply amazing! and the bass was perfect, which is a big compliment coming from me, as having a history of doing sound reinforcement. I don't know how you could not be happy with the A20 headset. It's pretty amazing. Have fun with yours!

I absolutely loved this product. I have had no issues. Sound is great and it really enhances my gaming experience. I was a little skeptical buying something that was refurbished but I figured what the heck. If they actually work it will be worth the money. And spoiler alert...they are!! I have recommended this product to a couple of my fellow gamers..great great product. Very happy customer:)

El Headset es excelente de verdad puedes ubicar a tus rivales en el mapa de juego, no vienen en su empaque original pero eso a mi no me importa de verdad estoy muy satisfecho con esta compra

El producto llego antes de lo que decÃa, solo venÃa un poco rayados pero es normal en productos reacondicionados, pero muy buenos headset no serán los mejores pero cumplen.
