I haven't used it on wipers but to pull terminals it works much better than twisting them off with pliers. good to go.

I have the older type battery terminals (big chunk of lead) and over the years they get torn up and difficult to deal with. One failure to start and got to get moving leads to using a rock or anything to "fix" a loose connection that happens no matter how meticulous I am at home with maintenance. I recently upgraded those terminals, but this little puller can professionally remove damaged battery terminals or seized wiper arms. The silver knob will open and close the puller arms. With the arms under the terminal tighten them with the silver knob. Then tighten the center shaft to pull the terminal off the battery. Needed for years and glad to have it now.

First time using this product and the threads for tightening down tool failed and failed tighten. One word for this. JUNK.

This is exactly what I needed. This simple tool took what was left of my rear window wiper right off. No muscle needed. Nice tool to have when you need it.
