All of our vacuum ovens go through a 2-time 24-hour vacuum leak test before leaving our facility. The oven comes standard with five aluminum shelves, but can hold a maximum of 10 shelves. Used for years for degassing botanical extracts. Works great and never leaked or had problems. Not bad for entry level equipment. Only thing I can say is replace the grid racks with stainless steel to retain heat better. Also better off getting one with heated individual shelves or a heated all the way around the exterior chamber instead of a couple sides. Checking the shelves with in IR gun shows some areas the temperature fluctuates more due to the heating element not on all sides. Overall a very good investment!

Just got my unit and after using every day for 2 weeks in a lab setting the door is cracking? Contacting customer service tomorrow... cant afford this to be broken at the moment and need my unit working properly.

So far its the best option for degassing BHO products without getting into five digit lab grade equipment.When I purchased it was same price as AcrossInternational.com but only $5 for the freight shipping here at Amazon, I see that has changed now though. The unit was about 5* off of the set points after initial warming. Running the "auto-tune" calibrate option seemed to help, but I went ahead and did full manual calibration.Even with perfect calibration, you will still have sections of shelves in the oven that are anywhere between 3* above set point (SP=105) and 3* below. All in all, this is the best 2 grand you can invest into making a safe concentrate. expect consistency with batches when your dialed in.
