I bought this for my brother, so I have not had much personal experience with it, but I did help him set it up. It works like a standard microphone stand, and the cable management bits are neat. It came with a little adapter for the microphone, which we ended up not needing, as the microphone came with one anyways. It did not come with the foam pop filter as the pictures show, but I did not buy it for that anyways so not the biggest deal.

I put this on my desk for gaming/work online. It connects great and fine, works as it is needed to, does its job.Pros: stable, works, sounds decent, easy to set up, and okay price.Cons: after a month the little fabric that sticks onto the thing that holds onto the table to hold up the crane slides off and you have to repeatedly adjust it or replace the sticky thing.

This is my first mic stand so I can’t quite compare it to others yet. BUT, if you are in my predicament and just want you a mic stand then this is pretty stable for the price. I know there are better ones out there too so check before buying this one.

I purchased this in July of 2021 in order to reposition one of my mics. Today, I noticed the arm was sagging a bit, so I went to adjust it, and the arm pulled out of the C-Clamp and disengaged from the clamp completely. Upon inspection, I noticed several things.1) The rubber material used for the base of the clamp to provide resistance was falling apart.2) The metal rod that slides into the C-clamp was severely damaged and warped, hence why it fell out when I went to inspect it.I was using this for a ight weight shotgun mic that weighs 6 ounces. This mic has been hanging in the same location for the last six months. If you are using an inexpensive mic, then this product might work for you, but I wouldn't trust it with anything expensive. You get the quality you pay for. I will personally purchase a higher quality one next time that will hopefully last longer than 8 months.

This product is very sturdy and reliable. It works flawlessly with my XLR mic and other attachments! It is a great price for such a solid product.
