I don't have this exact snowshoe, but my Atlas snowshoes have the same binding as shown here. I'm not young any more, so I appreciate that these are the easiest bindings to put on and take off that I have ever used.

These are easy to put in and take off. They work great. I wish they were a little lighter, but I suspect that would sacrifice durability. The cleats on the bottom provide great traction.
