It is a great product and works well. Install video is handy for quick installation. The first one I got did not work but the company stands by their products and sent me a replacement right away.Note: Since I live in AZ, I like this model because it is a physical switch for DST. Some have a push button that can be unreliable.

I was hesitant to buy this product because Southern California is pretty far away from the Colorado station that emits the signal. Happy to report that it does synchronize over night if hung on a wall (wasn't doing it flat on a table). The instructions stipulate that it should sync within 10 minutes, but that is just not going to happen that far away. The waves propagate only in the late evening / night well enough this far away. The arms are a bit old fashioned and black. I was able to sand the paint off. Shiny aluminum is underneath. I also trimmed away the onion shaped wider parts with a scissor for a more modern look.

Item was very easy to install, I followed the instructions completely. After starting it up, even after a week the clock would not set to the correct time. I tried resetting and repositioning it but could not get it to adjust to the correct time.I have six other clocks in my home that receive the signals without issue. Three of them are in my basement surrounded by block walls and they work perfectly. Not sure if it was me or there is a defect. I did not return the product, I just purchased a simple mechanism and it is running "like a clock". Disappointed.

To setup time, go outside initially to set clock for your region. Tried inside near window, did not work. 15 minutes and it was working. Just hit the set,/reset button, you will see hands rotate and then last step, it will set it self.

I need technical help. In setting up the clock, I accidentally attached the clock upside down to the clockface. After installing the hands pointing to the 12 o'clock position, I then pulled out the positioning pin. Is there some way I can fix this? Please Help!

Installation is fairly trivial. Supplied hands were too long for my clock, but cut easy with wire-snips. (Wish they threw-in several sets!)Put the hands on *then* pull the pin out. (This keeps the hands in 12:00 sync while pressing them on.)The setting instructions are terrible. There is even a note "Check this!" which seems to be to the instruction writer, not the customer. Put in battery, set time zone, press some other button for no apparent reason. The clock runs in spurts all night, but was spot-on in the morning.
