Supposed to be aftermarket for GM#14075725 (Firebird Formula V8 with T5 - 1991)At first glance straight out of the box it looked like the OEM fork. After taking a closer look at it and trying fitting the throw out bearing it became obvious that this China copy was not up to spec. The throw out bearing was loose side to side and up and down. The retaining bracket did not look as solid as the OEM one. I ended up putting my old OEM clutch fork back after some scrubbing and painting. The throw out bearing fits perfectly and there is no play. I bought this clutch fork as a preventative measure since I was restoring the car. However, I could not trust it with that kind of play.
