I read reviews before buying this. I read to buy bigger sized screws and whoever put the 10 X 1/2 inch screw is absolutely correct. I bought them and they worked much better than the ones that were given. Yeah the ones that were given. Put those right in the trash. I installed this on my 2012 Silverado. Matched right up. And for 25$ compared to 70 or 80. It is a really good product. I took my time and had this installed in a half hour! Glad I bought this!

La verdad es que sí sirvió para lo que es realmente pero la calidad deja un poco que desear en especial si el uso que le vas a dar es bastante continuo yo buscaría en otro lado la pieza completamente original pero si el uso no es tan continuo pues te sirve

All of the parts and pieces were delivered intact. The directions were easy to follow.The only thing I did not like about it was the glue packet included with the parts. The tube was small. The glue was liquid. I got more glue on my fingers than I did on the parts that required glue. the handle functioned perfectly once installation was completed.

This door handle is a great purchase. The fitment and installation were fairly easy with included bit for the plastic rivets. The only con is the screws included may be a little short to bite into the old rivet holes but that’s a minor issue (had some old ones from other projects). Overall great product, would highly recommend.

So I have been an ASE Master Collision and refinish technician for the better part of 30 years.I’ve installed many of these on customer vehicles when I worked at GM dealerships. OEM onesI have a 2011 Chevy Silverado and my interior OEM handle broke about a week ago, metal part broke right off which is 110% typical. I bought this one and it arrived this week. I just installed it today.First off. This is not like the OEM replacement one, it’s cheap…... The screws and the washers don’t work. The screws are way to small do not even turn into the door panel area where you take the drill to take off the plastic welded rivet areas. That was the first issue. But…..I planned on using my butane soldering iron to plastic weld it on anyways as that’s what I did when I replaced them at a dealership. So I did plastic weld it on. Second the actual housing I got from Amazon was warped. It would not fit correctly on the OEM door panel. The new handle, clip and pin itself which is what broke on mine, is junk on the new one. It would not lock and latch into the actual piece that broke off the actual assembly I replaced. I opted to put my OEM handle on it and that worked until I went to open the door from the inside and I heard a crack and something in the housing that I just replaced must’ve broke after I already had it on the vehicle. It will open and work for now but really FML……..So now I requested a new one to be sent to me and now we do the process all over again. But again those tiny little screws they give you do not work and the handle, pin and clip are cheap. You’d be better off to buy a butane soldering iron and plastic weld them back on like they were initially. I should’ve just bought an OEM one I would’ve been done and not had to take it apart and replace it again. SMH.

This handle works great but the screws that came with it are way to small. I had some that worked. Pretty easy to install. Had an issue getting the cable unhooked but figured it out.

Bought this with the expectation of it being a 'complete kit' that supposedly included ALL the parts/pieces/hardware necessary to complete the job. Also, this particular kit was also several dollars more expensive since it could be delivered the same day as I ordered it.Anyway... Here's the skinny on this so called 'complete kit':The good news is the plastic latch assembly itself is perfectly fine and about the same thickness/quality/etc as the original broken one I replaced.But the six included mounting 'screws' DO NOT WORK at all. They are about half the necessary diameter as was needed to actually screw into and hold the latch onto the door panel. I could literally stick them in and pull them out of the holes - no bite at all. So much for the whole 'complete kit' selling point.So I had to fight traffic driving to my local ace hardware store to purchase six larger diameter screws that actually screw/fit/hold securely the new interior door latch/handle assy into the six holes in the door panel.Also, I didn't use the included drill bit as I opted to instead use a small air powered pneumatic die grinder with an 80 grit sanding disc to more precisely grind down the plastic welded caps holding the original latch assy in place onto the interior door panel. This method makes a cleaner cut than using the included drill bit. I'm not knocking the drill bit as it will work fine but it'll grind down the extruded mounting holes in the door panel a little bit more than using a flat grinding disc. I did this primarily because you will want to preserve as much depth as possible in these mounting holes so the short mounting screws get max bite and not strip out or pull/tear out after a few days/weeks/months of use.So in summary, the latch assy itself which matters the most is fine but the included mounting screws are a bad joke. Don't bother with them as they'll not work and will pull out over over time - the seller's kit includes the super glue to try and remediate this shortcoming but it's best to instead use larger screws that actually fasten securely into the door panel and then also the super glue if you want your latch replacement odyssey to be a long lasting, trouble free and permanent repair.
