This enclosure does a great job of maximizing the sound in a shallower box. The large interior area combined with the tuned port makes it produce great bass with a 12" subwoofer. Just make sure your subwoofer's mounting depth doesn't exceed the interior depth first. Maximum subwoofer mounting depth is 5.75”

Subs are generally easy to install the worst part is mounting and wiring but I had plenty of space to work with when splicing wires and it sounds really good no rattling to it

Bought for a great deal on one of the "warehouse deals". Arrived in perfect shape. Fit my Infinity Kappa 12 and sub sounds great. Very happy with this box and would definitely recommend. Used in my 04 Dodge Ram regular cab behind the seats.

I measured the space where I was putting the Box and had exactly 7.30 of height clearance in the back since the rear seat dipped in the back it would not fit height is about 8.50
