When you need a safe yet nuclear option for earwigs, this your product.Does not harm bees when dry. Does not harm animals!I have this serious earwig problem where they were entering our home. Cyzmic CS and Bifen didn’t work. Nothing. I resealed doors, even though our home is only 2 yrs old, didn’t work. They’re slender and will slip through the tiniest of cracks.I used the 2oz per gallon of Spinosad as suggested, in a pump sprayer. Holy moly! They came crawling out from the garden bark, under the lip of the siding, behind the door kick and around the pine mulch by the heat pump! All Dead, within seconds.I will be buying this product again and again.

I used this at indicated dose for a relatively young Valencia orange tree for citrus leaf miner. This spray caused massive leaf drop and did not kill any leaf miners on the new leaves. In past years I used Monterey concentrate but I went for this this year as the price was so much better than the Monterey brand ($20 vs$60) and the reviews were good overall and the active ingredient (Spinosad) was 0.5% which is same as the Monterey concentrate. When using the Monterey, I would see brownish worm like marks on the underside of the leaves within 24 hours where the leaf miner was killed but with 2 applications of this brand, the young leaves are continuing to be further damaged by the leaf miner and there are none of the brown marks on the underside. In my opinion not for Valencia orange trees.Ive ordered the Monterey but it won’t come until Monday! 😢Hope my Valencia survives.

The Japanese beetles yearly attack my weeping cherry tree and then my apple tree. This spinosad treatment solved the issue after only having to spray twice. The beetles did attempt to move to the basil in my garden but the spray solved that issue as well. I couldn’t ask for better results and was happily surprised with its effectiveness. Very simple to measure the concentration for my sprayer with the included measuring cup. I highly recommend this if you are doing battle with pests in your garden or trees.

I bought this spinosad to get rid of imported fire ants because it is supposed to be safe for organic gardens. It came with a sheet of warnings on how long to wait after application before harvesting vegetables, which tells me it is somewhat toxic. It didn’t work any better for ants than any of the other things I had tried. Since then, I found a recipe online for 4 tablespoons orange oil and 4 tablespoons dish liquid in a gallon of water that works better than everything else for imported fire ants.I don’t plan to buy this again because there are so many less toxic options for dealing with garden pests.
