The compartments are zippered and not overlayed allowing water in. Definitely not waterproof.

This bag is on a new quad that is kept in garage and only takin out 5 trips . One year and 14 days latter the zipper completely separated and they will not make it right … terrible company policy never buy this manufacturer again …

Fits good on a mid size ATV. Plenty of storage. Like majority of these ATV bags, keep them out of direct sunlight for prolonged periods, they'll fad and the zippers break down. But for a cargo bag along with the seat pad and cooler storage you can't beat this.

It looks great, however it leaks inside every pocket in the rain. The mounting clasps are all wrong and keep loosening. The fabric is not water repelling so rain soaks right in. If you buy this bag make sure you remove anything that can be harmed by rain, I got up to rain on a camping trip and had left my warm clothes in the over sized pouches to find then wet when I went to put them on( not fun)! The outside pouches are very large and will hold a lot of gear. The rear pouch is a soft cooler and is large enough to pack a full pic-nic. It’s lined but I haven’t used ice in it yet.
