The product was ok, the photo when I purchased was of a peavey diaphragm, (which this is not)and I had to drill out the holes to recess the screws almost a 1/4" just to make the original screws reach. I was under the impression that this was a direct fit OEM replacement. It definitely is not.

Product was fine, just don't like that they used actual Peavey product in picture, should just use actual product.
