A great little product; a real problem solver for Zoom meetings in conference rooms and small to medium size meeting rooms. If the volume was a little stronger I'd rate it 5 stars.

Working amazingly for the price. Plugging into MacBook and sitting it next to the laptop allowed clear sound to be captured between the person sitting at the desk along with people sitting swag and on the couch. All audio was clear and useable. very happy with it.

Amazingly sensitive, picks up across a large conference table. Nicely crafted for something so affordable. Lives up to Audio-Technica reputation for quality. I use this with the laptop, rather than the flaky microphones provided in the conference room by the company.

Couldn't get the volume/gain to a reasonable level even with turning it all the way up. I'm using a Mac. I even turned off the audio enhancement settings within Discord and it was still whisper quiet. Sorry, but I'm going to return this.

When plugged into a MacBook Air, we tested the microphone on Zoom and in Apples settings. Both ways, the playback from us speaking into the microphone was so quiet, we could barely hear ourselves. This defeats the entire purpose of a microphone like this. The default speakers on the MacBook do a much better job of picking up sound than this product does. Do not purchase.

I have found that this is a perfect component for a transcription setup that the hard of hearing and deaf find very helpful. We initially deployed this at work for one of my deaf employees and I deployed one in my personal life for my father-in-law who had lost his hearing. By using an android tablet with a USB-C connector, and connecting this mic, I was able to use the Google transcription app to provide a running dialogue of things happening around them both. The microphones on cell phones and tablets are horrible if we're all honest, this made the setup useful. I would easily recommend this to anyone needing a usb-c mic.

Works great. For a conference room application it’s not very loud on default settings. Had to go to windows sound settings and turn on automatic gain control (AGC) to boost it. After that it did much better.

It's a decent microphone from the many others I tested and returned back. This mic is very sensitive and catches sounds from far, noise cancellation is very poor though. But when combined with the recent noise suppression feature from Microsoft Teams, it's working very well for my WFH meetings
