This is high quality Aunt Lydia crochet thread. I love Aunt Lydia's and I only needed one ball of this particular color. Although a bit pricey per ball, it was all good because no shipping!

There are not many cotton crochet threads to choose from. Aunt Lydia's is one of the best-known US brands. Not a very large range of colors. Fashion 3 is a size 3 thread and quite a bit thicker than size 10. It's well-made, and comfortable to use. The large ball is deceptive - it's hollow - the weight is only about 50g, so it's expensive. I prefer DMC Petra 5, 100g for only a little more money, but I get it from overseas.

This thread is excellent quality! It doesn't split/shred. The finished projects (Christmas ornaments) look wonderful. I love the variety of colors too!

This is decent crochet thread. 3 is a good size for amigurumi. Thread is not soft at all like yarn. Would not recommend for an article of clothing.I really like this brand of thread. Does not fray with smaller hooks, makes for very tight stitches. Also the price is great.Got this color to make a David Bowie doll, needed this sort of color for his skin. A little more reddish than I wanted, but a TRUE copper. Looks great despite the fact that I wish it were more beige.Always recommend this brand!
