I ordered this stuff about 10 years ago and I always buy more b4 I run out. The other day I realized I had run out and quickly ordered more.. My sister lived in an apt complex that was full of skunks and the mgmt wouldn't do anything about it. I gave my sister about 8 oz of it. Once she sprayed it she said no stunks came around any more IN THE WHOLE COMPLEX for the rest of the summer. I spray my entire yard perimeter every year and I never have any problems w skunks. Someone told me it works to get rid of mice so I am gonna see if it works in my garage. I'll let u know.

I read in a previous review that the person who ordered the fox urine felt bad for the delivery person who brought it because this stuff is so stinky. Well, I agree completely. The UPS guy who delivered this to our house actually sat in his van and glared at our front porch. I waited for him to drive away before I retrieved it. That said, I believe this most horrible smelling fox urine contributed to our successful efforts to drive skunks out from under our deck where they had set up a warren. One skunk had at least 6 babies under the cement walkway under our pool and while we were out of town, moved them under our deck. Here, they invited more skunks from our neighborhood to join them in urban bliss. Our dogs were going crazy smelling through the boards of the deck, since the skunks were there only inches below. Luckily the dogs only got sprayed once because we were very careful to patrol the backyard at night for skunks before we let the dogs out. We poured this fox urine through the slots between the deck boards and then set the half full box in front of their entry and exit hole. We also poured ammonia through the slots and played fox vocalizations at dusk every evening. We also cemented up all entries and exits to the deck the skunks were using except one. We put cameras on the lone exit and when all the skunks left at night, we blocked their entry. When they returned, they would just dig a new entrance. They are very capable and committed diggers, but at least they got the idea that they were not wanted. We kept putting more fox urine under the deck along with the ammonia. Finally, the skunks gave up and left. There were eleven skunks in all and we were sorry to foist our problem off on someone else, but there is undeveloped land all around us and we are hoping they found a home someplace where they do not interface with people so much. We think the combination of fox urine, ammonia and obstructing their entries convinced the skunks to seek alternative living arrangements.

Oh god the smell! It was waiting outside our apartment door, left by UPS (who I assume now hates us and possibly have black listed us) .... We live on a 3rd floor of an apt building.........coming home for lunch, I started smelling it in the stairwell of the 2nd floor, and it was sealed in the box! Pouring it out into a spray bottle that evening (in the basement!!) was god awful,,,,,,,,future pours were done with construction filter masks on and playtex style "dish gloves"............ does it work, I certainly think so as large colony of squirrels in two neighboring structures on each side of our apt building have resulted in almost no squirrel sightings, they are not raiding our trash outdoors anymore,,,,,,,,however, we are still having cold weather here and I have been told by "hunters" that it will work better and scent will last longer with upcoming warmer temperatures.......... again, be warned, and YES contrary so what some other reviews say, it DOES smell that bad,,,,worse than skunk,,,,,it's skunk, nursing home, puppy, baby diaper, hot nasty dumpster on a 98 degree July day, rotten eggs, all rolled into one. Once you smell this you will prefer having your eyes gouged out with razor blades while you're awake! BUT it DOES seem to work and is the most humane solution for those of us who love our furry little rodent friends and just want them to say away and not damage anything,,,,,,,,,, much better option than poisoning etc which is NOT an option for us. As a side note, you could use this against your worst enemies,,,,,and I wont list possible retaliatory actions using this product here, just use your imagination! Thanks Ausable for a product that offers an alternative to poison and death............ my only fear is that UPS is planning to order some of their own and use this against us!

UPDATE: 12/15/2016In the past mice did a LOT of damage under the hood of our car...TWICE! We tried everything else and nothing else worked. This stuff works because we don't have a problem now. We put a piece of thick plywood about 4 inches wide by 20 inches long in the carport and squirt the Fox pee on the board and we park the car so the board is under the motor. We refresh it every few days.We have had trouble with mice getting in the car motor and causing damage. After reading the reviews we decided to give this a try because I simply can't afford to keep paying for damage. The last time it was $2000.00! Not sure yet if it works. Will update later.

I poured some of this out in an attempt to keep the skunks out of my back yard. Not sure if it worked but it sure keeps me away! This stuff stinks big time. I didn't get any on me but just being around it made me stink too. I poured some along my back yard fence, the smell seemed to last about a week before re application was necessary. I'm not sure if it actually worked during that time but I had no skunks come around. After I ran out the fox urine, I have had a couple nights of the skunks coming back. I can tell they were around because their smell wakes me up as it creeps into my house and they dig lots of small funnel shaped holes in my lawn.
