This is a lovely and intuitive way to brew tea. For me Sadly, the bamboo board became of mould. I think this is user error so I will not hold it against this product, this is an ancient concept used for many many years in Chinese culture. The smaller potion allows tea to cool faster and enjoy it quicker, and encourages me to drink a lot more!

The teapot is fine. It’s great, the filigree is beautiful, and it makes the tiny cups of tea you expect from a gongfu. The cups are nice too. However, the wood doesn’t feel like bamboo, and after one HAND wash it has bowed incredibly. Everything on the tray leans towards the center. I’m super disappointed in general with this tea set, if you are interested in buying a gongfu buy the tea tray separately. And avoid a “travel” version unless that’s what you’re looking for.

THis was purchased as a gift. When they received it, it was much smaller than expected. When we realized it was too small, it was too late to return by 2 days. We are very disappointed in the size of the product and even though it was a gift, it is too late to return.

It’s exactly what I wanted! A beautiful tea set for drinking loose leaf tea. I’ve enjoyed using this set with my friends and family and everyone has been amazed at the craftsmanship and ease of use. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a tea set for 1-4 people.

The set is nice quality , it’s small but not too small and perfect for coffee table set. I gave it to my cousin as a Christmas gift and she loved it!!
