I'm fairly new to knitting in general, but I'm quite comfortable with basic loom knitting, especially double/stockinette. I am only just starting to venture into the more complicated stitches.I was attempting a test of one of the patterns (the hat on the cover) and found the instructions and photos to only be about half helpful. The first photo demonstrating the locations for the more complicated stitches was great, but the written instructions were only helpful up to the last two steps. They seemed incomplete to me and really didn't tell me what I needed to know to complete that set of stitches. It would have been great to have more photos and/or more complete wording the way it was written at the beginning of the stitch breakdown.

I like adding to my loom knit reference library and this is another of my recent purchases of books frequently mentioned among more advanced loom knitters.Very pleased. As for durability, it is a book, and abuse weakens them.

I know this was a group collaboration, but she's one of the members & this book is excellent. I love the twisted stockinette st, it reminds me of the renaissance days with the maile chain design. I want to make the hat on the cover but have already made several other items. This is a real good book!

I haven't yet made something from these patterns (have a few projects to finish first), but I am quite excited to start on the projects from these books. Awesome patterns and well written.

Once again this is another book that I bought for just the one pattern. The other patterns are OK but not necessarily to my taste, but will obviously knit them as I won`t waste patterns.

All-n-All, this is an excellent book for those starting out with the All-n-One. There are a few issues with a few of the patterns and you can find clairifation on the Slouchy Hat on KnittingBoard's website. The others are simple to figure out.One of my favorite patterns in the book is the Cables & Lace Afghan; it only looks complicated. But once you get the hang of how the pattern works, this Afghan can be easily complete in a week. I do recommend that you make a photocopy of the stitch pattern to track your rows.

This pattern book has good variety. The patterns are well written and easy to follow as a novice to loom knitting. My first Loom Project is a fun scarf! Perfect for winter.

Nice project ideas, and takes into account single knit projects (unlike the "Knitting Board Basics" book --which I LOVE as a double-knit instructional primer). But, the actual instructions in here are thin and not well-organized, most are scattered in boxes throughout the book. This seems more like a patterns book, than a "how to" book. To that end, the book is fine, though I did still find some of the projects hard to follow. For example, in the felted bag project, there is no mention of making the other side of the bag. A small omission, but little things like that add up.

Easy to read patterns. Like that there is a picture with each pattern. Once again Isela has come out with a "must have" book

I would suggest it to any one that wants to try loom knitting being a beginner to the more experienced in using a loom. Also no one would know you hadn't hand knitted it. Give it a try its fun.
