Major Function
This circuit breaker finder for vehicle is mainly used for low-voltage circuit fault detection and maintenance.The effective test range is from 6V, 12V and 24V low-voltage. It is mainly used for testing automobile circuits. It cannot be used to test household circuits.
Note: The tester cannot be used for AC voltage.
Features:

Hook Probe Design
The hook circuit tester has a unique hook power circuit probe design. Users only need one hand to find and fix the circuit under test more conveniently.
Made with sharp stainless steel probe for piercing wires, for hard to reach areas.
Extended Spring Cable
The cable of hook probe is spring wire.It increases flexibility, range, and freedom when testing.
Compared to traditional cable,the coil spring cable is lighter and easier to carry. This does not need to take up too much space in your toolbox or any storage area, it is convenient to use anytime, anywhere.
Pull Handle
The circuit tester is equipped with a measuring circuit on-off handle, which is mainly used to make the probe protrude from the top of the hook to test the on-off function.
Just gently pull the handle, you can use the probe to pierce the insulation and touch the copper wire. This makes the detection more convenient and faster.
Durable Insulation
This circuit tester is equipped with pure copper clips and insulating sleeves, which can better clamp the body and screws. Insulated operation can avoid electric shock.
Indicator Light
This electrical tester has an indicator light, which allows the user to clearly know the result of the test.

Na poměry velmi robustní. Sonda by mohla být v pohodě o polovinu menší. Chybí mi možnost aretace jehly, zde jsem nucen sondu držet v jedné ruce kterou potřebuji jinde. Neohrabané.

Seemed like a good unit, I was showing my wife how it is supposed to puncture a wire to test it using a tooth pick. The end came off with little pressure on the needle. It snaps in so it can be rotated but its not tight enough a fit and comes off easily. This means the needle can't grab the wire anymore. I will probably put some super glue on it because I need to use it NOW and don't want to send it back. Putting glue on it will cause the end to not rotate now but I will live with it.

I was trying to find a 12v switch wire on my Model 3 Performance that turned on when I hit the break pedal and off when I exited the car. It was hard to use a regular meter. This tool allowed me to easily see when it detected the 12v even when I was on the opposite side of the car. Highly recommend.

Works good but the ground clamp can be a little bipolar sometimes. Make sure you have a good ground and test on something you know has power first and you'll be good. Non led test lights are hard to find these days and for the price.it does the job!
