Comes with everything you need for installation except instructions. Recommended that a qualified auto service technician install in vehicle. I installed this in my mother's vehicle in about 90 minutes. I am an ASE certified technician, so your results may vary.

Exactly as described and perfect fit. However heed of warning: this chore is not for the impatient type. You practically have to remove the entire front end of the vehicle just to move the intercooler to access radiator. But it can be done in the driveway with minimal tools.

It is a Universal fit radiator meaning you would need too plug off line under cad if you are not installing it in a car with a LS engine. It's a 3/8" nipple so if you are doing it when you get off work at night you will need parts to block it off other than that every thin else was great
