I am new to hydroponics and have a garden tower that constantly needs its tank refilled with water. So I added a larger resevoir of water pre mixed with nutrients to topoff the garden tower tank. I found this little pump on amazon and it worked flawlessly and silently. The low water sensor allows it to automatically fill the garden tower when it drops to my preset level, set by the included bobber. I would highly recommend this product for it's silent use and functionality. The air break fitting is important and simply needs to be cut into the tube, inside of the tank, but above water. It allows so the pump does not siphon water back when it shuts off.

Nope! The instructions would be easier to follow if they just left them in Chinese!I’m new to reefing so never before used a water top off and nothing about its set up or use is self explanatory for me. The instructions literally made no sense. It’s like the company used a really bad translate app to write them. I tried to set it up just by looking at the picture but ended up flooding my house and wasting a lot of water. I’ll check if there is a YouTube to set this up but at this moment I’m pretty sure it gonna go back to Amazon

I ordered the Auto Top Off system for my new reef tank. The setup was easy, and it has maintained the water level in my tank perfectly. The ATO system is quiet. The quality of the materials appears to be excellent, and the packaging kept everything in perfect condition when I received it. Definitely worth every penny I paid for it.

Very impressed with this ATO. To start with, it was packaged well and all components are well made. Specifically the hanging bracket is built much sturdier than other aquarium equipment I’ve used in the past. The set up was easy and intuitive. Operation has been a breeze and it works really well. Lastly, the value is great without compromising quality.

I bought an expensive name brand optical sensor ATO and it broke the day I got it they supposedly had great customer service and after back and forth with them I had to pay to ship it back and they sent it back to me still broken and refused to help me any further. I went on a limb and bought this one and I will say I’m surprised the pump works great although the mount for the float could use a better way of attaching to the side of the tank. Other than that I have no complaints.
