Installed and the Hood Protector per instructions, lasted less than a month before the so called 3M tape started to release. was driving when it started to flap in the wind and was forced to pull over and take it off. I have had Zero response from the company asking about replacement tape. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Came from Whitby On, so only took a day to ship to me! Weighs nothing, sticks directly to the hood with supplied 3M tape (preinstalled) and weighs nothing! Very happy, and very impressed! Also best price I could find online, my 2011 Ford Edge Sport is very happy now!

I wanted to cover up the rock chips on my hood without repainting and this deflector was the perfect answer. Installed in minutes with a buddy and it looks amazing! The box comes with an install kit (alcohol cleaning pads, prepping solution and pre-installed sticky adhesive on the deflector plus instructions) so other than cleaning your vehicle before you don't need anything else. The deflector is a lightweight plastic that is custom molded to fit the curves of the hood for a clean look and practical way to protect your paint.

I was sceptical about this product. I bought a used SUV with a dent on the hood. I bought this to cover it. It worked perfect. I am very impressed at how cool it looks on the hood.

Takes 2 people to make sure it's lined up. Be sure to follow directions - especially pulling up the cover to the industrial strength double-sided tape a few inches, It's important because once it adheres to the car, it's not coming back off! Looks like it was factory installed.

When this item arrived I was a little suspect because it came with double sided tape and so I was leary to put it on. However, I paid for it minus well give it a shot. Let me just say that I was throughly impressed. Fits nicely and is tightly secured to the hood of my car.

the design makes this one of the easiest i have mounted and it protects the front of the hood well. one problem was the push pin mounts used on the outside ends were not strong enough and had to go to auto parts store and get the ribbed body panel type of retainers; after doing that really works well.
